Registration fees 

Registration fees include

• access to the conference,
• refreshments during breaks,
• welcome reception on Sunday September 24th,
• dinners on Monday September 25th and Wednesday September 27th,
• lunches Monday to Thursday (included).

Dinner on Tuesday 26th is not included.

There is an additional fee (to be paid separately) if you would like to join excursions on Thursday afternoon. See below.

Payment

The registration site is now CLOSED.

Payment options

• Debit or credit card: highly recommended.
• Wire Transfer: Every transfer must be identified. Please add the following reference “HPMPS-9” and the name(s) of the participant(s).
  • For Individual: immediate transfer of the amount VAT included to CNRS Délégation Paris B account.
  • For Institutions: purchase order transmitted to CNRS Délégation Paris B.
• Bank check or cash are not accepted.
• No refund can be released unless for exceptional circumstances (visa denied, accident, illness, death).

On-site registration is NOT possible.

Abstracts

Abstract submission is free. You do not need to pay for registration to submit an abstract.

The abstract submission page is independent from the registration. The information you enter to submit an abstract is not connected to the registration to the conference.

While we ask authors to remain reasonable on the number of submitted abstracts, there is not limit to the number of abstract submissions.

Excursions

We offer excursions to the Mont Saint Michel Abbey or crossing of the Mont Saint Michel Bay by foot on Thursday September 28th in the afternoon. Both will be guided tours, in English. They are available for an additional fee of 41.40 € per person, to be paid separately. These fees are fully inclusive and include tax and transportation to the site.
