Schedule for the HPMPS-9 meeting in Saint Malo:

• Opening of abstract submissions: May 2017
• Opening of registration site: May 2017
• HPMPS meeting: 24-28 September 2017

Important deadlines:

• Abstract submission: 15 July 2017 (closed)
• Regular registration: 15 July 2017 (closed)
• Late bird registration: 22 September 2017 (closed)
• Housing deadline: closed
• Excursions to Mont Saint Michel: 25 August 2017 (closed)

As of July 15th, 2017, we recieved 135 submissions. The abstract submission is now officially closed. We still accepted abstracts as "Late Posters" that were considered later and added into the program wherever they fit. As indicated these late abstracts were not considered for oral presentation.

Online registrations for the excursions are closed. We are pleased to confirm you that both excursions, the private visit of the Mont Saint-Michel Abbey and the crossing of the Mont Saint-Michel Bay, are duly maintained. From now, if someone would like to book one of the excursion, please send us an e-mail. We will contact the travel agency for you. If there are some places left, the agency will request you to pay by cash directly at Saint-Malo.
