Participants are asked to book their own accomodation. There are many hotels within walking distance of the conference.

Here is a list of hotels and room prices that have been negociated for the meeting. Prices are in euros and include sales tax. There is an extra room tax of 1.00 to 1.50 €/pers/night to add to the quoted price.

To guarantee the booking, the hotel will require to enter a debit or credit card number on a secured website (Paybox). The request for credit card details is to guarantee the booking. Any hotel rooms booked with an invalid credit card will be subject to immediate cancellation.

No-Show Policy: No-Shows apply to any or all guests who have a reservation, who do not come on the reservation date of arrival, and who do not provide a proper cancellation notification. No-Shows will be charged a penalty (see specific hotel policy).
